households. You get a fixed monthly payment paid on time even during voids,
while we handle tenants, compliance and day‑to‑day issues.

How it differs from private renting

  • Income certainty. No risk of non‑paying tenants or arrears, your rent is fixed for the term.
  • No Section 21 impact. Our company let/licence agreements are not ASTs, so the upcoming Section 21 changes under the Renters’ Rights Bill do not affect your ability to get the property back
